Buckingham Group Contracting is targeting a turnover of £500m in 2018 after they have seen Brexit delayed projects being brought back on stream.
Buckingham Group are currently focusing on a number of stadium opportunities and have been working on various aspects of the Spur’s stadium for a number of years now. They have also achieved Preferred Bidder status for Brentford FC, Scunthorpe United FC and Casement Park in Belfast.
The firm are also negotiating to clad the new Sky Bridge – a luxury restaurant suspended from the roof of the Spurs stadium – and are tendering for a £50m mixed use leisure development for York City Football Stadium.
For 2018, they will also focus on expanding the business into highways and waste from energy schemes.
