Tottenham Hotspur have unveiled plans to build a brand new mixed-use development near to the club’s new stadium.
Plans include up to 330 new homes as well as offices, shops and a public square. The listed Station Master’s House will also be refurbished.
Currently, the land is being used as a storage site for gravel and building materials. The club have already delivered new houses, schools and community benefits for North Tottenham and with the progress of their new stadium, have seen over 1,000 jobs generated for local residents.
