The Skipper base system is suitable for use with the Skipper Retractable barrier post system which we also supply here at CMT.
The base can be filled with water or sand for improved stability, and the post is twist-locked into position. The Skipper unit or post & base cap attach to the top of the post with a secure, snap fit.
