Harris Seriously Good Woodscraper & Blades
This particular scraper is a woodworking shaping and finishing tool. It is used to manually remove small amounts of material and excels in tricky grain areas where hand planes would cause tear-out. Card scrapers are most suitable for working with hardwoods, and can be used instead of sandpaper.
The most common example of when a scraper would be used is when transferring the accuracy of one mating surface to another, and for use when removing top paint coatings from wooden surfaces prior to decorating. Ideal for use with paint stripper on door frames, skirting boards, and other flat surfaces.
