How We Do It
Our unique cleaning process uses a ground-breaking natural ozone disinfection system, widely adopted across NHS services. This system eliminates germs, bacteria, pathogens, and viruses even in cold water. By following manufacturers’ washing instructions while using ozone technology, we achieve the same level of hygiene with 49% less energy than conventional thermal wash systems.
As part of our process, all PPE is inspected for faults, repaired, and rebranded then returned to you in a condition that’s as good as new. Any unwanted but viable PPE is de-branded and donated to charity, while unviable items are disposed of using the highest standards of safe and secure destruction.
For disposal, we use ERW exclusively for NFP mixed-fibre gloves. All other NFP items are shredded and repurposed in the manufacture of new products such as insulation materials, roof membranes, sewage pipe liners, and footwear—giving waste a second life while minimising landfill impact.
