Bouygues have announced this week that they will not be taking the project beyond the present scope of the pre – construction services agreement.
The Battersea Power Station Development Company are already in talks with other contractors to deliver the residential-led phase of the project. This stage of the Frank Gehry and Foster + Partners designed project is considered to be the most challenging due to the complex architectural apartments and the close proximity of the Northern Line extension station box.
