H+H UK Ltd and SIG Offside have developed a ‘SIG House System’ that combines all of the offsite construction with a familiarity of a traditional build. With the inclusion of soffit and fascias, the internal skin of the property is delivered and wrapped ready for follow-on trades to complete their tasks. The external structure can either be brickwork or another form of masonry.
