Planning Permission secured for major London City student scheme
Urbanest, the student accommodation specialist, has secured planning permission for a mixed-use development in the heart of the City of London.
The scheme in EC3 which is valued around £200m, looks to create 643 new student homes alongside affordable offices and innovation space for King’s College London.
In partnership with the Museum of London, Urbanest are also looking to create a new exhibition space which will offer public access to a preserved section of London’s original Roman wall. Alongside this there will be 75,000 sq ft of commercial offices and 10,000 sq ft of incubator space for start-ups.
