Transport for London has chosen Native Land to develop the land around South Kensington Tube Station. The plan includes the improvement of commercial and retail units at the station as well as the refurbishment of the buildings at 20-34 Thurloe Street. The preferred architectis Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners.
The development,, which could be complete in 2022, will see an extra storey added to the Bullnose building and there will be new opportuities along TFL's stretch of land on Pelham Street.
