The 12-Panel Self Test Kit is a quick and reliable solution for detecting common drugs in saliva, delivering results in 10 minutes or less with clinically proven accuracy. It tests for a range of substances, including amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, opiates, marijuana (THC), benzodiazepines, K2 (synthetic marijuana), methadone, oxycodone, PCP (phencyclidine), buprenorphine, and alcohol. The kit includes a test cup, collection sponge, alcohol colour chart, and user instructions for easy use.

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the collection sponge and test cup from the sealed pouch.

2. Insert the sponge end into the mouth and actively swab the mouth, tongue, and gums for 2-3 minutes until the sponge is saturated.

3. Place the sponge back into the collection cup and screw the cap to release the saliva.

4. Peel off the label to reveal the results window and start the timer.

5. Read results:

   • Alcohol test – Compare the reaction pad colour to the provided chart after 2 minutes.

   • Drug test – Results appear between 3-10 minutes.

1. What substances does this detect?

2. How soon can I test after the last substance use?

While detection windows vary for each drug, with saliva-based tests the general rule is they are best for recent use (typically within a few hours to 2-3 days). For example, THC in saliva may only be reliably detected over approx. 8-12 hours in some cases.

3. Is this kit legally admissible for workplace disciplinary or legal proceedings?

Whilst this is suitable for rapid workplace screening to identify probably presence of substances, when looking for formal confirmation, especially in legal proceedings, employment disciplinary cases or regulatory compliance, a laboratory-based confirmation test (e.g., GC-MS) is typically required. This kit does not replace professional medical/forensic testing.

4. Can food, drink or smoking affect the results?

Since the test uses an oral fluid/saliva specimen, it is recommended that the individual refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, using mouthwash or chewing tobacco for at least 10 minutes before collecting a sample, failure to observe this may lead to an invalid result or reduce the accuracy of the test and many saliva-based kits emphasize this to avoid sample dilution or contamination.

5. What if I get a faint line in the display window?

Generally two lines signify a negative result in multi-panel rapid test kits, whereas a single line typically indicates a positive result. Even a faint second line at the test region is usually interpreted as a negative result. If any drug line fails to appear, then the result is invalid and the test should be discarded and a fresh kit used instead for re-testing.
