How to use

Step 1: Mount the panel inside the van cab or vehicle using the fixing points provided, in a stable, accessible location.

Step 2: Load each dispenser with its corresponding refill cartridge and lock each dispenser in place using the locking mechanism.

Step 3: Confirm each dispenser is labelled in the correct order: Step 1 Sanitise, Step 2 Protect, Step 3 Moisturise.

Step 4: Use the gel sanitiser to clean hands between tasks where running water is not available.

Step 5: Apply barrier cream before starting work with materials or substances that may affect the skin.

Step 6: Apply reconditioning cream at the end of the working day to restore moisture and prevent dryness from repeated sanitising.

Step 7: Check dispenser levels at the start of each working week and reorder replacement cartridges before any dispenser runs empty.

Common mistakes

• Relying on the sanitiser step alone: sanitiser addresses hygiene but does not replace the protective and restorative benefits of the barrier cream and reconditioning cream steps.

• Mounting the unit in an exposed, unsheltered outdoor location: this station is designed for interior vehicle mounting, not unsheltered outdoor installation.

• Skipping the barrier cream step before handling site materials: barrier cream is a pre-work protective measure and provides no benefit if applied after exposure.

• Leaving dispensers unlocked in shared or multi-driver vehicles, risking product loss or tampering.

• Assuming this station suits heavy industrial soiling: this centre does not include a dedicated heavy-duty degreasing cleaner; sites with regular oil, grease, or grime contact should specify the MedWash Hand Protection Centre for fixed welfare use alongside this unit.

Safety

Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and if symptoms persist, seek medical advice. The gel sanitiser is alcohol-based and flammable: store away from open flames and naked heat sources when mounted inside a vehicle. Barrier cream is a skin protection product and must not be used as a substitute for appropriate PPE where chemical, heat, or cut hazards are present. Maintenance

Check dispenser levels weekly and reorder replacement cartridges before any unit runs empty. Wipe the panel and dispenser exteriors with a damp cloth to remove dust and product residue. Check locking mechanisms periodically and replace any damaged unit promptly to maintain vehicle security.
