The Force®8 twin cartridge half mask with Typhoon™ valve offers superior low breathing resistance and a 4-point suspension harness with quick-release buckles ensuring optimal performance and safety.
The mask is made with thermoplastic rubber which offers durability and a great fit for a majority of face shapes.
This mask is compatible with the full range of low profile Force®8 filters giving it the flexibility to be used for various applications, providing great filtering protection against particulates, many gases and vapours.
Unique safety features:
Fit it - put the mask on, place the straps and harness over your head and pull the straps to a suitably tight and comfortable fit.
Press it - here is where the PressToCheck™ technology comes in, press the front and back of both filter covers together to stop air from entering through the filters.
Check it - inhale, no air should be coming through the mask, if it does, adjust the mask and repeal until it doesn't. Release when the seal is made.

Using the product
We always recommend consulting any instructions that come with the product (also available in the downloads tab).
- Place the respirator over the mouth and nose.
- Pull the harness over the crown of your head.
- Take a bottom strap in each hand, place them at the back of the neck and hook them together.
- Tighten the top straps by pulling on the ends to achieve a comfortable and secure fit.
- Perform a positive and or negative pressure fit check using the PressToCheck technology.
Cleaning & Maintenance
It is recommended that you clean the product after each use.
1) Remove the filters.
2) Using a cloth which has been moistened with a weak detergent solution, clean the facepiece (excluding filters) and allow it to try in a non-contained atmosphere.
3) If you are going to reuse a filter cartridge, clean it with a cloth moistened with warm soapy water without removing it from the respirator, then dry it with a clean cloth.
Your cleaned respirator should be stored in a non-contaminated area after each use.
