The RB22 Water-Filled Crash Barrier System is designed to withstand impact from vehicles travelling up to 50mph making them an ideal solution for temporary workworks and highway maintenance.

The RB22 is the highest approved plastic barrier system on the UK Highways approval list. On impact, the RB22 can bring an arrant vehicle to a controlled stop.

This rigorously tested barrier system can withstand speeds up to 70mph when filled to the fill line and has obtained a Class A/78mph classification.

It has also been tested and approved for BS EN1317-N1 50MPH (80KMPH).

Note: The barrier must be filled with water to convert it into a compliant traffic barrier.

• Can be moved without a forklift when empty
• Feature wide forklift slots at the base in case they need to be moved when filled
• Place on even ground when possible
• Male-female fittings to interlock seamlessly 
• The pin must never be banged or hammered into place, simply screw the eyelet
• Attach faceplate to both sides and apply screws - do not overtighten
• Open the filler cap on top of each barrier to fill the barrier (540L) and firmly close when full
