The Rebar Cutter is a specialised tool engineered for efficiently drilling through rebar embedded within concrete structures. Featuring a Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) head, it offers exceptional durability and cutting precision, making it well-suited for heavy-duty construction tasks. Its annular design focuses cutting power directly on the rebar while minimizing impact on surrounding concrete, helping to preserve structural integrity. The cutter also includes relief and core holes that aid in debris removal during operation, reducing the risk of bit binding and ensuring a cleaner, more efficient drilling process. With an SDS Plus shank, it securely fits rotary hammer drills for fast, stable bit changes. Ideal solution for construction professionals needing to install anchors, conduits, or other components through reinforced concrete without damaging the surrounding area.

- Mark the SDS hammer drill bit at your desired drilling depth.
- Turn the rotary hammer drill to hammer drill mode.
- Begin drilling at a slower speed to gain control and accuracy
- Pause drilling once the bit contacts rebar
- Swap out the SDS hammer drill bit for a rebar cutter
- Change the drill setting to rotary mode
- Apply steady, moderate pressure to cut through the rebar
- Once the rebar is cut through, reinsert the original hammer drill bit
- Set the drill back to hammer drill mode
- Continue drilling until you pass completely through the concrete
