How to use

Step 1: Select the correct size. Size 9 fits Large hands, size 10 fits X-Large hands. An oversized glove reduces grip sensitivity and increases the risk of snagging on components.

Step 2: The polymer coating on the interior allows the glove to slide on easily. Pull fully over the hand ensuring all fingers are fully seated before beginning work.

Step 3: Check the beaded cuff is seated flat at the wrist with no folds or pressure points.

Step 4: Inspect the glove surface before use. Do not use a glove with visible tears, punctures, or thinning at the fingertips.

Step 5: Dispose of after each use or when the glove is visibly contaminated, torn, or has lost barrier integrity. Do not wash or reuse.

Common mistakes

• Selecting the wrong size: An oversized glove bunches at the fingertips and significantly reduces grip precision. An undersized glove stresses the nitrile at the knuckles and reduces service life within a single task.

• Reusing after visible contamination: These are single-use disposable gloves. A glove visibly contaminated with oil, grease, or chemical must be discarded and replaced rather than wiped clean and reused.

• Using for cut-hazard tasks: These gloves are not cut-resistant rated. Do not use for tasks involving sharp blades, sheet metal, or rebar where a rated cut-resistant glove is required.

• Assuming Type B chemical protection covers immersion: EN ISO 374-1 Type B is a splash protection rating. These gloves are not rated for prolonged chemical immersion. Use appropriate chemical-resistant gloves for immersion tasks.

• Storing in direct sunlight or heat: Nitrile degrades when stored in direct UV or heat. Store boxes in a cool, dry location away from sunlight to maintain glove integrity.

Safety

These gloves are UKCA marked and CE marked under notified body 2777, manufactured in accordance with the UK PPE Regulation 2016/425. They provide EN ISO 374-1:2016+A1:2018 Type B chemical splash protection. They are not cut-resistant rated and must not be used for tasks where cut protection is required. They are not rated for needle-stick or sharps protection. For chemical immersion tasks, use gloves rated to the appropriate EN ISO 374 penetration and permeation level for the specific chemical in use.

Maintenance

These are single-use disposable gloves and must not be washed, dried, or reused. Dispose of each glove after use in accordance with the waste regulations applicable to the contamination type. For gloves contaminated with food, dispose as food waste. For gloves contaminated with automotive fluids or industrial chemicals, dispose in accordance with your site's hazardous waste procedures. Store unused boxes in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and solvents.
