How to use

Step 1: Unfold the A-frame stand and ensure it is stable on a level surface before connecting power.

Step 2: Select the mounting position. Upright for standard floor lighting. Angled to direct the beam at a surface. Hang from overhead structure via the top hook.

Step 3: Connect the 5m cable to a 110V CTE transformer output via the 16A Ceeform plug.

Step 4: Confirm the light is illuminated. To connect additional lights or tools, plug into the socket outlets on the junction box.

Step 5: Disconnect from the transformer before repositioning or adjusting the stand configuration.

Common mistakes

• Connecting to 230V supply. This unit is 110V only. 230V permanently damages it.

• Not earthing the unit. Class I, 110V CTE supply is required. Do not use on unearthed circuits.

• Exceeding the socket outlet rating when connecting tools or additional lights. Check the total load against the socket specification before connecting.

• Using in sustained heavy rain or water jets. IP44 covers splash. Avoid jet exposure.

• Repositioning or reconfiguring while energised. Always disconnect first.

110V only. Class I construction: must be connected to earthed 110V CTE supply. IP44 covers water splash but not jets or submersion. No ATEX certification. Do not use in explosive or flammable atmospheres. Confirm stand is stable before energising. Disconnect before repositioning. Ambient operating temperature: confirm with CMT Group sales.

Maintenance

Wipe the light panel and housing with a dry cloth after use. Keep socket outlet covers closed when not in use. Inspect the cable, plug, and sockets before each deployment. Fold the A-frame for storage and transport. Dispose of in accordance with UK WEEE regulations at end of service life.
