How to use

Step 1: Charge fully before first use. Connect the magnetic charging cable. Full charge takes 210 minutes.

Step 2: Fit the headband and attach the overhead strap if required. Adjust for a secure fit over your head or helmet.

Step 3: Press the switch to activate Standard Power (600 lumens). Hold briefly to activate Low Power (15 lumens).

Step 4: From Standard Power, hold the switch to activate Boost (1000 lumens). Use for short bursts only.

Step 5: Adjust the focus using the head unit to switch between concentrated spot (distance) and wide flood (close work).

Step 6: Rotate the lamp head within the 130 degree range to direct the beam at the working area before starting.

Step 7: Activate Transport Lock before transit to prevent accidental activation and battery drain.

Common mistakes

• Not using Transport Lock during transit. Accidental switch activation drains the battery. Always activate Transport Lock before placing in a bag or vehicle.

• Treating Boost as the standard running mode. Boost is designed for short maximum-output bursts. Standard power (600 lumens) is the correct mode for continuous use.

• Not checking the battery status indicator before a long shift. Charge at the start of each shift to ensure full output is available.

• Removing the overhead strap during active work. The top strap significantly improves stability during movement and reduces beam drift. Detach it only when it actively restricts the task.

• Not registering for the 7-year warranty. Standard cover is 2 years. 

Safety

IP67 protects against immersion between 15cm and 1m for up to 30 minutes. It does not cover submersion beyond 1m or for extended periods. No ATEX certification. Do not use in explosive or flammable atmospheres. Working temperature: -20 to +40 degrees C. Boost mode runs at maximum output for a short burst only. Drop tested to 1.5m but replace immediately if the housing cracks after impact.

Maintenance

Charge via the magnetic cable after each shift. Check the battery status indicator before extended shifts. Detach the headband and overhead strap for washing in warm soapy water. Allow to dry before reattaching. Keep the magnetic charge contacts clean and free of debris.
