Who is this for

How to use

Step 1: Install the outlet pipe onto the pump head, ensuring it is seated firmly before use.

Step 2: Combine the three suction pipe sections into one length, adjusting the number of sections used to suit the height of the water bottle being used.

Step 3: Fix the pump to the neck of the water bottle and tighten the locking buckle to secure it firmly in place.

Step 4: Press the pump head by hand to dispense water through the spout into a cup or glass.

Common mistakes

• Not tightening the locking buckle fully: A loosely fitted buckle can allow the pump to shift or leak during use. Ensure the buckle is fully secured before dispensing.

• Using an incorrect number of suction pipe sections: Using too few sections may leave the pipe short of the bottle base, reducing how much water can be drawn. Adjust the number of combined sections to match the bottle height being used.

• Fitting to a non-standard bottle thread: The pump is designed for standard large water bottle necks. Forcing it onto an incompatible thread risks damaging the buckle or creating a poor seal. Confirm thread compatibility before use.

• Leaving the pump fitted to an empty bottle: Continuing to press the pump on an empty or near-empty bottle achieves nothing and may draw air into the system, requiring the pump to be reprimed once a full bottle is fitted.

Safety

Use this pump only with standard drinking water bottles. Do not use with hot water, carbonated beverages, or any liquid other than drinking water. Ensure the bottle and pump assembly are placed on a stable, level surface before use to avoid tipping. Check the locking buckle is fully secure before each use to prevent the pump detaching from the bottle during operation.

Maintenance

Wipe the pump head and spout clean periodically to maintain hygiene, particularly in shared welfare or office settings. Check the suction pipe sections for cracks or damage and replace if compromised. Store the pump in a clean, dry location when not fitted to a bottle. Rinse the internal pipe with clean water if the pump has not been used for an extended period before refitting to a new bottle.
