Multi Purpose Diamond Blade – Premium – General Construction – 10mm Segment – OTEC D15T10 is developed for professional contractors working across varied construction environments where multiple materials are encountered on the same site.
It is intended for cutting concrete, general construction products, abrasive materials and asphalt where a single blade is required to manage changing site conditions without frequent blade changes. The Premium-grade bond and 10mm segment configuration provide controlled cutting behaviour and reliable wear characteristics.
The D15T10 is not suitable for metal cutting. It should be specified for general construction, concrete and abrasive-led applications.
For metal cutting we would recommend the OTEC VB5 & VB5P, our professional alternative multi purpose blades.
For those looking to optimize performance, you can upgrade to the OTEC D18P for Professional-grade reliability or step up to the OTEC D18 for our ultimate Super Premium performance.

Usage Guide:
Before use
Ensure the blade specification is suitable for the material being cut. Inspect the blade for cracking, segment detachment, undercutting of the steel core or uneven wear. Confirm correct rotation direction and bore compatibility with the machine spindle. Wear appropriate PPE and ensure machine guards are correctly fitted.
During use
Do not apply excessive force. Allow the blade to cut at its designed speed and take regular cooling breaks. If overheating occurs, reassess material suitability. Secure the material firmly and inspect the blade regularly for damage.
Wet cutting
If wet cutting is used, ensure a continuous and adequate water supply is applied to both sides of the blade.
