How to use

Step 1: Inspect the cable, plug, and housing for damage before each use. Do not use if damage is found.

Step 2: Position the unit on a stable, level surface. Ensure the rubber feet are in contact with the floor.

Step 3: Adjust the head tilt angle using the side knob and lock it at the required beam direction.

Step 4: Connect the 3m cable to the 110V CTE transformer output. Do not connect to 230V supply.

Step 5: Switch on and confirm the light is functioning. Maintain minimum ventilation clearances: 0.5m above, 0.3m to each side, and 1.0m in front of the unit.

Step 6: Disconnect from the power supply and allow at least 10 minutes to cool before repositioning or any adjustment.

Common mistakes

• Connecting to 230V supply. This unit is 110V only. Connecting to 230V permanently damages the lamp and creates a fatal electrical hazard.

• Restricting ventilation. Objects placed on or around the unit during operation block airflow and cause overheating. Maintain the required clearances at all times.

• Repositioning while still connected and hot. Always disconnect and allow at least 10 minutes of cooling before moving the lamp.

• Using with a damaged cable, plug, or housing. A damaged lamp or cable can cause a fatal electric shock. Inspect before every use.

• Staring directly at the operating light source. The 900 lumen output causes eye discomfort at close range. Avoid direct eye contact during operation.

Maintenance

Wipe the housing and lens with a clean dry cloth after use. Keep the lens clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating. Do not immerse the unit in water. Inspect the plug, cable, and housing for damage before each use. Disconnect from mains and allow to cool before cleaning. Dispose of in accordance with UK WEEE regulations at end of service life.
