Who is this for

How to use

Step 1: Inspect the cable, all fittings, and the plug for damage before each deployment. Do not use if any damage is found.

Step 2: Confirm the ambient temperature is at or above +15°C before deployment. Do not use below this temperature.

Step 3: Connect the 16A 110V Ceeform plug to a 110V CTE transformer output. Do not connect to 230V supply.

Step 4: Hang the cable along the route using the cable hooks or loops on each fitting. Space fittings evenly and ensure cable hangs clear of sharp edges.

Step 5: Confirm all fittings are illuminated before leaving the installation unattended.

Step 6: Disconnect from the transformer before repositioning, adjusting, or coiling the cable.

Common mistakes

• Connecting to 230V supply. This kit is 110V only. Connecting to 230V causes permanent damage and creates a fatal electrical hazard.

• Deploying below +15°C. The minimum working temperature is +15°C. Do not use in cold conditions below this threshold.

• Coiling the cable while energised. Always disconnect before adjusting, repositioning, or rolling the cable.

• Hanging on sharp edges or fixings that could damage the rubber cable insulation.

• Using with damaged fittings or plug. Inspect before every deployment.

Safety

110V only. Connecting to 230V will permanently damage the kit and creates a risk of fatal electric shock. Class II double insulated. No earth required through the lamp body. Do not use below +15°C. IP54 fittings cover dust protection and water splash from any direction but not water jets or submersion. IP44 plug. No ATEX certification. Do not use in explosive or flammable atmospheres. Inspect the full length of cable, all fittings, and the plug before each deployment.

Maintenance

Wipe fittings and cable with a dry cloth after use. Check all fittings and the plug for damage before each deployment. Roll the cable carefully without kinking for storage. Store in a dry location above +15°C. Dispose of in accordance with UK WEEE regulations at end of service life.
